Learn about fair housing and fair lending, budgeting, credit, and more! This HUD-certified class is a prerequisite to apply for Michigan State Housing Development Authority down payment assistance. 

This is a 6-hour course that is split into two, 3-hour classes: 

• Class #1: Tuesday, April 22 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Class #2: Thursday, April 24 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM 

Attend both courses to get a HUD Certificate of Completion for down payment assistance programs. This class is free to attend and open to the public.
