Building Leaders, Building Communities (BLBC) is a leadership program facilitated by local community members. It aims to enhance the leadership skills of residents, advocates, and leaders at all levels for effective community action and personal development. By the end of the program, participants and facilitators will gain a deeper understanding of leadership, teamwork, and the tools necessary for community engagement.
