We can help you buy a home you love with a mortgage you can afford. Your options may include buying a home built or rehabbed by Habitat Kent.
Homes for Sale
Habitat Kent builds and rehabs homes throughout Kent County but with a focus on the City of Grand Rapids. Explore what homes are currently for sale and take the eligibility quiz to see if you can qualify to participate int the program.
Education and Resources
Financial education is an important part of homeownership. Habitat Kent provides educational opportunities and resources for homebuyers and community members to be successful in their homeownership journey before and after they are in their home.
Neighborhood Revitalization
At Habitat Kent we do more than build homes. We practice Neighborhood Engagement in the focus neighborhoods where we build new homes by listening to neighbors and collaborating with local government and community-based organizations to help new and existing homeowners become connected and empowered leaders.
At no cost to you, Habitat Kent will remove kitchens, baths, and more, clean up and provide you with a receipt for tax-deduction. Products will be sold at Habitat Kent ReStores to help us build and rehab more homes in our community.
